Contractr came out of a need. Through an experience of both contracting within the industry, and hiring contractors, it was obvious to us that there is a gap between what is needed and what is available. We know that contractors are eager to take on roles, and businesses want to hire them, but there is nothing connecting them to make it easier.
Recruiting shouldn’t take time away from business’s core capabilities, and that’s why Contractr was born. Allowing businesses to easily find the right candidates to interview, without having to screen through hundreds of resumes means they can spend more time doing what they do best.
We know that connections aren’t linear, so we designed Contractr not be to either.
